Preliminary Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Traralgon Bowls Club Inc. will be held as follows:
Date: Tuesday 17 November 2026
Time: 6:30pm
Venue: Traralgon Bowls Club
Election of Board Members
In accordance with the Club's Statement of Purposes and Rules, Three (3) Board positions will be subject to election in conjunction with the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
The positions comprise the following Cycle 2 positions:
Treasurer
Ordinary Board Member (5)
Ordinary Board Member (6)
Nominations for election to the Board must be made on the approved nomination form and submitted to the Secretary-Manager in accordance with Rule 18 of the Club's Statement of Purposes and Rules.
Completed nominations, together with all required accompanying documentation, must be received by the General Manager / Secretary no later than Tuesday 13 October 2026.
Nomination forms are available from the Club.
Special Business
Any member wishing to bring special business before the Annual General Meeting must provide written notice of that business to the Secretary-Manager in accordance with Rule 34.7.
Notices of special business must be received by the Secretary-Manager no later than Tuesday 20 October 2026. By email generalmanager@traralgonbowls.com.au or in person.
The formal Notice of Annual General Meeting, including the business to be transacted at the meeting, will subsequently be issued to eligible voting members in accordance with the Club's Rules.

Traralgon Bowls Club is seeking a driven and experienced Head Coach to lead and grow our high-performance bowls program.
As one of regional Victoria’s premier clubs, we offer elite facilities, a strong competitive record, and a commitment to excellence.
About the role:
Lead the strategic direction of the coaching program
Deliver structured player development and high-performance training
Support pennant preparation and team performance
Work closely with selectors and club leadership
Contribute to player recruitment, retention, and club culture
Compete in Weekend Pennant competition
About you:
Proven coaching and/or elite playing experience in lawn bowls
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for mentoring and developing players
Professional, team-focused approach
Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (preferred)
