Traralgon Bowls Club is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help shape the future of our food operation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on kitchen leader who understands that a successful kitchen is built on great food, strong team leadership, sound financial management and operational excellence.
The role oversees our busy bistro, functions, events, bowls tournaments and major Club activities, with responsibility for leading the kitchen team, maintaining food quality, managing costs and driving continuous improvement.

Traralgon Bowls Club is seeking a driven and experienced Head Coach to lead and grow our high-performance bowls program.
As one of regional Victoria’s premier clubs, we offer elite facilities, a strong competitive record, and a commitment to excellence.
About the role:
Lead the strategic direction of the coaching program
Deliver structured player development and high-performance training
Support pennant preparation and team performance
Work closely with selectors and club leadership
Contribute to player recruitment, retention, and club culture
Compete in Weekend Pennant competition
About you:
Proven coaching and/or elite playing experience in lawn bowls
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for mentoring and developing players
Professional, team-focused approach
Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (preferred)
