Bowls Head Coach

Traralgon Bowls Club is seeking a driven and experienced Head Coach to lead and grow our high-performance bowls program.

As one of regional Victoria’s premier clubs, we offer elite facilities, a strong competitive record, and a commitment to excellence.

About the role:

• Lead the strategic direction of the coaching program

• Deliver structured player development and high-performance training

• Support pennant preparation and team performance

• Work closely with selectors and club leadership

• Contribute to player recruitment, retention, and club culture

• Compete in Weekend Pennant competition

About you:

• Proven coaching and/or elite playing experience in lawn bowls

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for mentoring and developing players

• Professional, team-focused approach

• Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (preferred)
