Our Function Areas
Located on the ground floor, the Greens Room provides privacy with its own toilets and private bar facilities. Perfect for smaller functions and more intimate events with a maximum seating capacity of 40 guest’s banquet style and 60 guests standing or theatre style. The Greens Room features views of our Indoor Bowls Centre, a built in projector and projector screen along with an audio system. This room is suitable for anything from small meetings/conferences to presentation nights or private dinners. The Greens Room can be set for layout styles ranging from classroom, theatre, banquet, a u-shape or cocktail style. Tables in the Greens Room are square or rectangular.
Located next door to the Greens Room, the Function room can hold up to 100 guests banquet style or 120 guests standing/cocktail style. the Function room features a 70” smart TV and a sound ceiling which is perfect for setting up our portable dancefloor underneath. The sound ceiling allows music to be adjustable above the dancefloor and the surrounding areas of the room for greater guest comfort during your event. For events such as weddings and engagements there is also the ability to hang a beautiful white bridal backdrop along one end of the room. For those functions requiring additional space, the walls between the Function Room and the Greens Room can be opened to increase the room’s capacity to an additional 30-50 guests depending on the rooms layout requirements. The Function Room is suitable for layout styles ranging from classroom, banquet or cocktail. Tables in the Function Room are square or rectangular.
Upstairs Function Room
Located on our second floor, the newly renovated Upstairs Function Room can hold approximately 60 guests classroom style. The Upstairs Function Room can be accessed via the stairs or the elevator and has its own toilet facilities which include toilets for the disabled. Guests using the Upstairs Function Room will enjoy views of our bowling greens and access (upon arrangement with Management) to the deck overlooking our brand new state of the art Indoor Bowls Centre. With its built in projector, projector screen and audio system we recommend the Upstairs Function Room for events such as conferences, seminars and cocktail style functions. Tables in the Upstairs Function Room are round and can seat up to 6 guests. When booking, guests should keep in mind that this area is not suitable for sit-down style dinners requiring set menu catering due to its distance from our kitchen. This area is also bottled service only and does not have its own beer taps or post mix facilities.
