Christmas buffet menu
Roast carvery: Turkey breast, pork loin and porterhouse of beef, served with Yorkshire puddings, roasted potato and pumpkin, honey carrots, garlic beans and broccoli.
Hot sides: Spinach and ricotta cannelloni, chicken à la King with seasoned rice, battered local gummy shark pieces, crumbed prawns and calamari, plus chicken nuggets and chips.
Cold sides: Local smoked leg ham on the bone, salami and chicken, coleslaw, green salad, tomato and olive salad, pasta salad, and brown rice, quinoa and roast vegetable salad.
Desserts: Plum pudding with brandy custard, apple crumble, chocolate mousse, pavlova, Frog in the Pond, fresh fruit, Christmas mince tarts, lemon tarts, profiteroles, mini donuts, Christmas cupcakes and assorted individual cakes.
